Personal Accident Insurance for Foreigners

• Death due to an accident €1,000
• Permanent total disability from an accident €15,000 per year with a 20% insured contribution
• Permanent partial disability from an accident €15,000 per year with a 20% insured contribution
• Extensive hospital treatment due to an illness or accident in a Greek public hospital €10,000 per year with a 20% insured contribution
• Medical expenses from an illness or accident

• The specific insurance program is addressed exclusively to third-country citizens who apply for receiving or renewing a residence permit in accordance with Greek laws and as described in detail in the Government Gazette 2962/04.11.2014
• If an insurance certificate is issued, the contract cannot be canceled.
• Maximum age of entry into the program is 69 years.
• The benefits above are valid only within the Greek Territory.
• The insurance expires upon the completion of the insured’s 70th year of age.
