In the event of a car accident, fire or theft of the insured vehicle, the Insurer will arrange for a designated partner to be sent to the scene of the accident or at the location indicated by the Insured in order to:
Complete the “Car Accident Report” form.
Provide assistance in completing the “Amicable Settlement” form.
Take photographs of the Insured vehicle and any third-party vehicles involved in the accident.
Provide via telephone initial legal and medical advice in regards to the accident that occurred.
Call the traffic police or ambulance in case there is an injury.
The Car Accident Care and Roadside & Travel Assistance services are offered in collaboration with MONDIAL ASSISTANCE and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, throughout the Greek mainland, on the islands of Aegina, Andros, Evia, Zakynthos, Karpathos, Corfu, Kefalonia, Crete, Kythira, Kos, Leros, Lefkada, Limnos, Mykonos, Mytilene, Naxos, Paros, Rhodes, Samos, Santorini, Sifnos, Syros and Chios, and in all European countries and in countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea (except Albania).

You need to know:
Coverage is provided only to non-rental, registered vehicles, with a gross weight of less than 3,500kg, a height of up to 3m and a wheelbase length of up to 3.5m and motorcycles over 125 of volume.
In case of a traffic accident and electrical or mechanical failure of your vehicle, our specialized partner will come to the scene of the accident and undertake the on-site completion of the responsible accident declaration form and friendly settlement form. In addition, will undertake the transport of your vehicle to a workshop (garage) of your choice.
In the event of a mechanical failure, our partner will try to repair it on site, otherwise the vehicle will be transported to the workshop of your choice, as well as undertake its repatriation from any part of Greece you may be in at the time of the accident.
The Coverage includes:
On-site repair of the vehicle, if it is possible.
Returning the vehicle to a public road, if the vehicle is found off-road due to the accident.
Transportation of the vehicle to a workshop (service garage) or location of the insured’s choice (always within the Greek territory).
Storage of the vehicle (with a maximum of 3 days limit).
Hotel accomodation of the insured.
Transportation of the vehicle’s insured passengers from the point of damage or accident.
The services of a professional driver to transport the vehicle and the insured persons to their place of usual residence or to their final destination.
The finding of the spare parts necessary for the repair of the insured vehicle.
Transportation or return of the people accompanying the insured.
Rental service for a new vehicle.

To claim your compensation, please follow the steps described below:
Complete and submit the vehicle accident report to our company. Submission of the report is not required if the Accident Care service has intervened.
Contact the Damages department of the Automobile sector, in order to arrange an appointment with an expert, who will assess the damage and estimate the cost of restoring the materials damaged. The inspection of your vehicle is performed at the workshop of your choice.
Upon completion of the expert’s assessment, as well as the repair, the documents are sent as requested after contacting the specific department, in order to complete the filing of the specific traffic accident, to be later notified regarding the amount of compensation.
After following the steps above, the compensation date is set.
The company is obliged to compensate you by restoring the material damages occurred due to the accident and based on the vehicle’s value and damaged property, before the traffic accident.
The necessary documents required for the payment of compensation are the following:
Copy of ID card of the beneficiary of the compensation
